A. Information You Provide

B. Photos and Camera Access
Fizik AI may request access to your device camera or photo library so you can capture or upload progress photos. Your photos are used to provide AI-powered fitness and body progress analysis. Photos are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. When you request AI analysis, your photo may be temporarily transmitted to our backend and/or a third-party AI provider for processing. We do not store your original photos on our servers after processing is complete.
C. AI-Derived Fitness Data
Fizik AI may generate and store structured analysis outputs derived from your photos or profile information, such as estimated body composition metrics, body fat percentage, muscle development indicators, progress comparisons, and fitness summaries. These outputs are estimates only and should not be considered medical advice.
D. Device and Usage Information
We may collect limited technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, general usage activity, and performance data to improve the App and troubleshoot bugs.
E. Payment Information
If you purchase a subscription or paid feature, payment is processed through Apple App Store In-App Payments. We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
We use information we collect to provide and operate the App, generate AI-powered fitness progress analysis, personalize your experience, track progress over time, improve functionality, respond to support requests, process subscriptions, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
When AI analysis is requested, images may be temporarily sent to our backend or AI service providers, used only to generate the requested analysis, and not stored on our servers after processing. We may store structured, AI-generated results so you can view progress over time. We do not use your photos to train our own AI models. AI-generated outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate.
We may use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the App and to improve performance. Analytics tools may collect information such as app usage patterns, session duration, device information, crash reports, and feature interactions.
We may send you emails related to your account, app updates, customer support, product announcements, subscription or billing matters, and important policy updates. You may opt out of promotional emails where applicable.
Fizik AI does not currently show third-party ads in the App and does not currently use remarketing services. If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Original photos are not stored on our servers after AI processing.
